Here's another page straight out of the "How is that Fair" handbook. Following is two Recommended Nutritional need charts based upon Jen and my personal body information (age, sex, height, weight, BMI, weight goal (lose 1-2 lbs/week), activity level, and body frame size.
I get to consume 2,170 calories per day while Jen only gets 1,290. We eat together, so she watches me eat nearly twice as much as her and still lose weight. Yup, sometimes life just isn't fair.
